Step 3: Anchor & Lift
Peel back a few centimeters of the backing. Lean forward slightly, place the strip under your breast, and lift upward as you stick the tape from outside to inside.

Step 4: Layer & Shape
Press firmly to secure adhesion. For strapless or bandeau styles, apply horizontal base strips. For plunge necklines, add diagonal or vertical strips toward the shoulders. Use layering to sculpt cleavage.

Step 5: Smooth & Secure
Smooth each strip to remove wrinkles or air bubbles. Warm the tape gently with your hands for better adhesion. Round corners to prevent snagging.

Step 6: Wear Time & Trial
Wear for up to 6–8 hours max to avoid irritation. Do a trial run before any big event to test comfort, fit, and durability.

Step 7: Removal & Aftercare
Dampen edges with oil or remover and let sit for 3–5 minutes. Hold your skin taut and peel slowly from the edge toward the center. Wash gently and moisturize. Do not reuse tape.
